Hamo Artist – Hambardzum Hambardzumyan
Born in Armenia in 1950 with numerous exhibitions under his belt Hamo is an Armenian professional Painter and Architect-Designer.
He expresses his creativity through a combination of color, texture and his spirituality. He does not paint in one style, in his work he has Conceptual, Abstract, Portraits, Classical, Composition, Still Life and Landscape paintings.
Hamo is a graduate of Yerevan Art College after P. Terlemezyan (1964-67) & the Faculty of Architecture at Yerevan Polytechnic Institute (1974).
He created several art pieces for various local businesses in Armenia, which led him to designing homes, churches, memorials. One of his favorite projects is The French Embassy in Yerevan which he designed with a group of architects in 1990s.
During his artistic creative years Hamo has lived in different countries and his experiences have been reflected in his paintings. In the year of 2001 he moved to United States with his family and has been residing in New Jersey since. He has participated in many group exhibitions in New York and New Jersey. Throughout the years his paintings have reached The United Kingdom, Holland, USA, Russia, Canada, Caribbean Islands, Africa, France.
Hamo’s greatest passion in life is painting.
